    it was a lot of work and custom fabrication on my part to get it all to fit. i would stay away from a big block because the truck runs hot during the summer

    I just bought a ‘58 …
    I just bought a ‘58 Willys already P/U on a 79 short bed Ford. It has a 429Police Interceptor which is an SCJ. It has a ceramic clutch, 456’s spool in rear, soft loc in front with locking hubs, and a four speed. It was set up to sand drag. I will be taking very good care of it.

    its on the original frame but i boxed it in with 1/8 plate to make it stand up to a big block.
