By the way, for me your videos are the only videos with wich you can learn something, I learned a lot for my project, wich is cut some rust of my car and do some nice paint job on him.

hey Pete Great tip … hey Pete Great tip here..about discarting the treaded thing away before welding ,i even had to temporarly “sleeve” some bolts i was welding one time with a piece of pipe to “save” some work , filing every tread back

They used to say, “What if your generator breaksdown -how you going to do the job then?” I think its the same with working on cars. Computers and hi-tech gizmos are OK but what happens when they crash. Whats happened to craftsmanship? Keep It Simple Stupid!
Thank you for the … Thank you for the vids Pete… ” My freind”. Imo you are a CRAFTSMAN not a machinist. Some of the best hot rods,ect are being built in garages. When you build something w/your hands more attention go’s into detail. You Sir are talented….plain and simple!
