Willys Wagon

I’m buying a 1970 Jeepster Commando off my parents. Its been sitting in a garage for 20 years and has power convertible (canvas needs replacing), power steering, worn vinyl interior, some rust (not a lot), scratched paint, and it needs new tires. What should I offer?
cassette player, roll cage (made by my dad) and "Root Beer Brown" paint (sparkly brown)
