I’m buying a 1970 Jeepster Commando off my parents. Its been sitting in a garage for 20 years and has power convertible (canvas needs replacing), power steering, worn vinyl interior, only 35,000 miles, some rust (not a lot), scratched paint, cassette player, roll cage (made by my dad), "Root Beer Brown" paint (sparkly brown) and it needs new tires What should I offer?
