You seem to have compiled a laundry list of mediocrity (with a few exceptions…I’d say you have a pretty nice catcher…and a decent backup first baseman…if the talent in your league is way spread out, then perhaps you are having a solid season).

Below average.
You only have won quality RP in Nathan. Duchscherer is going to come crashing down in the second half of the season. You don’t have enough power hitters either.
